In 2013, the 7 million dollar ‘state of the art’ purpose built facility, Saint Yon Trade Training Centre, began delivering vocational training to senior students.
Trade courses offered include: Automotive, Construction, Electrotechnology, Metal & Engineering and Plumbing. Other vocational courses are also offered in Hospitality, Business Services, Information and Digital Technology and Fitness.
Students have the opportunity to follow an ATAR or NON-ATAR pathway of study. They also have access to School Based Apprenticeships and Traineeships in addition to undertaking training towards Certificate II / Certificate III credentials. Students graduate with the HSC as well as work ready skills and experience. Apprentices complete the training for the first year of their Apprenticeship.
