Central to the religious life of the school is the person of Jesus Christ who came among us ‘as one who serves’ (Luke 22.27). Our Catholic school is committed to reaching out to help those in need, through charitable outreach initiatives. All outreach activities connect to the person of Jesus Christ and to the sacraments, especially the Eucharist. Drawing on the Catholic Social Teaching of the Church, we have a deep commitment to supporting a range of charitable organisations, families and individuals in need.

LaSalle Youth Ministry offers opportunities for young people to experience the fullness of life through innovative experiences of faith, service and community. It aims to empower students to utilise their gifts.

Lasallian Youth Ministry organises and conducts a range of programs in schools such as the Lasallian Youth Leaders model, leadership seminars, retreats and reflection days. Young adults working in Lasallian Youth Ministry organise youth camps, youth gatherings and social justice awareness days as well as opportunities to meet and share their experiences with other Lasallians. They also provide volunteer experiences for young people through the Share the Mission (Gap Year Program), Balgo Hills Summer Camp and the Papua New Guinea Youth Ministry Program.
